Overview

Sarabeth Gaver is a partner and member of Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending and Real Estate Finance Groups. She represents financial institutions in connection with CMBS loans and commercial permanent, interim, bridge and mezzanine loans. In addition to her legal experience, Sarabeth worked for a commercial mortgage company where she was responsible for underwriting multifamily agency loans and facilitating and managing a large portfolio of loans for a DUS lender as a closing officer.

Prior to joining Chapman, Sarabeth practiced law with a Philadelphia-based law firm.
