ACIC Fall Annual Meeting and Education Conference

Chapman attorney Nicole Windsor served as co-chair of the American College of Investment Counsel's (ACIC) Fall Annual Meeting and Education Conference, and attorneys Laura Appleby, Larry Halperin, and Steve Wilamowsky spoke at the conference. Laura participated in a panel discussion entitled "Discussion of Particular Challenges Faced in a Secured, Cross-Border Financing," and Larry moderated and Steve participated in a panel discussion entitled "Valuing and Restructuring Distressed Companies in the Face of Operational Headwinds."
