Overview

Chapman and Cutler attorneys helped to structure some of the earliest capital call financing transactions and have participated in a significant number of revolving credit facilities in which loans and letters of credit have been made available to real estate, private equity, and other types of funds, secured by investor capital calls. In addition to representing fund sponsors, Chapman has represented agent banks in the establishment and syndication of capital call facilities.
