Chapman attorney Tony Yager served as chair of the 2020 Private Placements Industry Forum for the eighth consecutive year. Tony delivered opening remarks, and attorneys Philip Edison, Michael Harrison, and Amy Olshansky also spoke. Philip participated in a panel discussion entitled "The CTL Issuance and Structured Securities Market," Michael participated in a panel discussion entitled "Examining Australia: Characteristics and Trends of the 2019 and 2020 Markets," and Amy participated in a panel discussion entitled "Women in Private Placements." The forum was attended by additional members of Chapman's Corporate Finance Department. Chapman sponsored the forum, and co-hosted the forum's first annual diverse professionals in private placements reception.
