On May 8, 2017, we opened the office with a core group of founding attorney members: René LeBlanc-Allman (Office Leader), David Batty, Eric Manor, and Joshua Smith. Today, our office has more than doubled in size, and our attorney team supports a diversified finance practice encompassing asset securitization and structured finance, commercial lending, investment management, and regulatory and compliance matters.
