Overview

Carson Ludwig is an associate in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. Carson’s practice is focused on representing commercial banks, financial institutions, borrowers and issuers in a wide range of domestic and international financings. She has experience representing lenders and purchasers in warehouse facilities and structured finance matters, involving a wide variety of asset classes including small business loans, commercial loans, consumer loans and equipment leases. Her experience also includes advising secured and unsecured lenders in connection with syndicated cash-flow and asset-based credit facilities.

Carson participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2020 and joined the firm in 2021.
