Victor H. Jimenez

Victor Jimenez is an associate and member of Chapman’s Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Group. Victor's practice focuses on representing banks, private lenders, and other financial institutions in lending transactions involving a wide variety of credit facilities.

Victor has experience across various lending contexts, including acquisition financing, sponsor finance, commercial lending, cash flow loans and leveraged finance, particularly in the middle market, with average deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $500 million.

Prior to joining Chapman, Victor practiced law in the Global Finance Group at Sidley Austin LLP.
