Bob Lockner is a member of the Banking and Financial Services Department and the Asset Securitization Department of Chapman and Cutler LLP.
Bob's practice emphasizes work on securitizations, derivative products and bank regulatory issues. He has extensive experience in asset-backed commercial paper transactions, syndicated loans, transactions involving securitization of bank assets, and interest rate and currency swaps. Bob regularly advises major domestic and foreign banks as to United States bank regulatory issues affecting their commercial lending, securitization, derivative products and other capital markets activities.
