Counsel to the lender in an $88 million dollar infrastructure construction loan for Fox Park – a new urban development in Denver, Colorado. The 41-acre mixed-use development includes a World Trade Center office complex, boutique hotel, 2,500 seat entertainment venue, and more than 3,400 multifamily residential units. The development, designed to immerse cityscape with nature, includes 14 acres of open space, interconnected parks, and hiking and biking trails. The innovative financing was secured by the real estate as well as tax increment financing (TIF) revenues.
