Chapman served as counsel to CrowdOut Capital LLC—an alternative investment manager that invests in private equity, private credit, and real estate—in a $20 million credit facility for Shared Practices Group, a nationwide operator of dental practices and denture and implant clinics. Partner Nick Whitney led the Chapman deal team with partner Jennifer Koltse and associates Jenny Lee Kawamura and Michael Myones.
