Chapman proudly participates in Financial Institution Pro Bono Day where we sponsor events in collaboration with our legal services partners and clients to help those in need. This year, sponsored two events: one with Legal Aid Chicago (LAC) and one with HIAS. LAC partnered with us and several of our financial institution clients to draft criminal records relief petitions. With HIAS, Chapman attorneys and volunteers from our financial institution clients worked on petitions for work authorization cards for Afghan asylum seekers. Through the efforts of our volunteer attorneys and staff, we can make a difference by helping vulnerable populations succeed and thrive.
