Overview
Caitlin Harrington is senior counsel in Chapman’s Commercial Lending Group and member of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Department. Her practice is focused on the representation of banks and other financial institutions in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of a variety of secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Caitlin started her career in Chapman’s Illinois Public Finance Department, where she served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel in numerous governmental purpose bond transactions throughout Illinois.
Prior to joining Chapman, Caitlin was a Judicial Extern for Cook County Circuit Court Sixth District under Presiding Judge Marjorie C. Laws and was also a Legislative Intern for the Office of Chief Counsel of the Illinois Senate in Springfield.
