Overview

Catherine Choo is a senior counsel and member of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department.Catherine works on secured financing transactions, drafting credit agreements and ancillary documentation in bilateral and syndicated commercial lending facilities in the areas of asset-based loans, lender finance, factoring, asset-backed securitizations and portfolio sales.

Catherine’s previous experience also includes real estate secured lending transactions and New Markets and Low Income Housing Tax Credits debt and equity transactions.
