Overview

Vince Pelleriti is a partner in the Corporate Finance Department with a focus in the areas of private placements, lending, leasing and equipment finance. 

Vince has extensive experience in representing insurance companies, banks, leasing companies, finance companies and other financial institutions in a wide variety of private placement, lending, equipment finance, leasing, and other financial transactions. His experience ranges from single lender unsecured loans to complicated multi-party secured transactions. Vince has experience in domestic and cross-border private placements and acting as debt counsel in US and cross-border leveraged lease, single investor true lease, synthetic lease financings (including 97-10 construction financings) and capital lease financings of a broad range of assets.
