Overview

Kayla Jewell is a contract specialist on the Chapman Practice Innovations (CPI) team. She participates in reviewing confidentiality and other contractual agreements for firm clients and internal stakeholders, using and administering CPI’s proprietary contract review technology platform. Kayla works with CPI, firm attorneys, and clients to ensure material consistency in contract reviews, while testing and providing feedback on legal service process improvements designed and implemented by CPI.

Before joining CPI, Kayla worked as a contract analyst at Loyola University Chicago, focusing on review of data protection agreements, service agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Kayla is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law.
