Overview

Lara Greenberg is an associate and member of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department, where she focuses her practice on structured finance and securitization. She represents issuers, borrowers, lenders, and marketplace lending platforms in a range of transactions, including warehouse facilities, securitizations, and other structured finance matters. She also represents indenture trustees, owner trustees, administrative agents, collateral agents, custodians, and other service providers in lending facilities and debt transactions.

Lara has experience across multiple financial asset classes, including auto loan and lease receivables, student loan receivables, credit card receivables, equipment leases, and residential and commercial mortgages.

Beyond her practice, Lara dedicates time to pro bono work. She represents children in high-conflict custody proceedings and assists survivors of natural disasters with appeals related to disaster assistance.

Before joining Chapman, Lara was a structured finance associate at two Am Law 100 firms.
