Overview

Madison Guttry is an associate and member of Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Group. Madison represents domestic and foreign commercial banks, investment banks, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including leveraged finance and other syndicated bank loan transactions, asset-backed lending transactions, and refinancings.

Madison is a certified Guardian Ad Litem in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and has worked on pro bono projects for the Federal Expunction Project through the North Carolina Equal Access to Justice Commission and the Juvenile Sentence Review Board through the Wilson Center for Science and Justice at Duke Law.

Prior to joining Chapman, Madison practiced law at an Am Law 100 firm in Charlotte.
