Overview

Michael Lee is an associate and member of Chapman’s Banking and Financial Services Department and Litigation Group. His practice is focused on a wide range of complex commercial litigation issues, including commercial real estate transactions, consumer finance litigation, contract disputes, and commercial lending/restructuring issues.

Prior to joining Chapman, Michael practiced at two litigation boutique law firms, focusing on the defense of business litigation, complex commercial litigation, product liability, and medical malpractice related matters. Prior to attending law school, Michael served as a Fellow for the Teach for China program, where he taught English to students in Yunnan, China.
