Stacey Vandiford is a partner in Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and member of the Commercial Lending Group.

Stacey represents financial institutions, corporate clients, and funds in a wide range of financing transactions. Her experience includes structuring, negotiating, and documenting single lender, club, and syndicated secured and unsecured credit facilities, primarily focusing on commercial lending, cash flow loans, fund finance, real estate finance transactions, and asset-based lending.

Prior to joining Chapman, Stacey was a partner at an Am Law 200 firm in Charlotte.
