Featured Image For Acquisition of Two Gaming Companies in New Hampshire

Chapman served as lead counsel to Clairvest Group Inc. and its affiliates in the acquisition of two gaming companies, NHCG, LLC and The River Property & Hospitality Group, LLC, which operate the Lucky Moose Casino and Tavern and The River Casino & Sports Bar in Nashua, New Hampshire. Partner Cathy Rossouw led the Chapman deal team that included partner Heath Martin, and associates Helena Honig, and Carson Klarck.

This acquisition follows a number of casino and racino transactions the firm has closed in recent years, including representing Clairvest in the acquisition and financing of the Delaware Park casino and racetrack, representing Centaur Holdings, LLC in connection with the sale of two Indiana-based casinos and horse racing tracks to Caesars Entertainment for $1.7 billion, and representing Spectacle Entertainment in the acquisition, financing and development of the Hard Rock Northern Indiana Casino.
