Chapman served as counsel to Perceptive Advisors in connection with a $50 million term loan facility with warrants for Biodesix, a data-driven diagnostics solutions company focused on lung disease. The term loan facility includes an initial tranche and two additional tranches that are available at the company’s option over the next year to support the continued growth of the company’s core lung diagnostics business. Partner Nick Whitney led the Chapman deal team with partners Cathy Rossouw and Jen Koltse and associate Jenny Lee Kawamura.
