Chapman attorney Marc Franson participated in the inaugural episode of the Online Lending Policy Institute's (OLPI) Talking Fintech podcast with hosts Jeremy Potter and Colin Darke. Marc discussed the current state of marketplace lending, including the latest "true lender" legislation and partnerships between banks and tech firms. Marc is a member of the OLPI's Board of Governors, and the co-author of Chapman's seminal book "The Regulation of Marketplace Lending."
