Overview
Aaron Eisenberg is senior counsel and a member of Chapman's Public Finance Department. He represents providers of derivative products, interest rate swaps, repurchase agreements, and forward delivery agreements. He has extensive experience with close-out netting and collateral enforceability determinations under both the Basel III advanced capital model and the Margin Rules for Uncleared Swaps.
Aaron also focuses his practice on tax-exempt and taxable financings for not-for-profit health care, educational, and cultural entities. Aaron serves as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel, and borrower's counsel in connection with not-for-profit financings.
Prior to joining Chapman, Aaron worked in the legal department of an international financial services firm in New York.
