Overview

Aaron Eisenberg is senior counsel in Chapman's National Public Finance Department. He represents providers of derivative products, interest rate swaps, repurchase agreements, and forward delivery agreements. He has extensive experience with close-out netting and collateral enforceability determinations under both the Basel III advanced capital model and the Margin Rules for Uncleared Swaps.

Aaron also focuses his practice on tax-exempt and taxable financings for not-for-profit health care, educational, and cultural entities. Aaron serves as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel, and borrower's counsel in connection with not-for-profit financings.

Aaron joined Chapman in 2017. He previously worked in the legal department of an international financial services firm in New York.
