Overview

Cary Nadelman is senior counsel in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. His practice is focused on securitization and structured finance transactions with an emphasis on collateralized loan obligations. Cary has experience advising underwriters, asset managers, and investors in connection with broadly syndicated and middle market CLO transactions and term warehouse facilities, as well as representing banks in documenting and structuring both syndicated and bilateral secured lending facilities. His experience includes assisting clients with matters involving federal securities laws and regulatory matters, including compliance with provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act.

Cary also has experience with derivatives, structured products, and general corporate and securities law matters. Prior to his legal career, Cary was a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
