Overview
Cedric Gordon is a partner in Chapman’s Illinois Public Finance Department. He regularly serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel in various governmental purpose securities transactions. He represents a variety of state and local issuers, including counties, cities and villages, airport authorities, school districts, community college districts, park districts, libraries, forest preserve districts, fire protection districts, and other governmental issuers throughout Illinois.
Cedric participated in Chapman’s summer associate program in 2012 and joined the firm in 2013. Prior to attending law school, Cedric worked as a statistician in the service sector statistics division of the U.S. Census Bureau.
