Overview
Eric Manor is a partner in Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and a member of the Commercial Lending Group. He regularly represents banks, direct lenders, and other financial institutions in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of a variety of lending transactions.
Eric’s experience includes representing the administrative agent or lender in a wide range of syndicated and bilateral financings, including secured, unsecured, senior, subordinated, mezzanine, first lien/second lien, and unitranche financings. He primarily focuses his practice on leveraged lending transactions in the middle market, including acquisition financing, sponsor finance, and cross-border transactions, with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $500 million. Eric also has extensive experience representing sponsors and borrowers in lending transactions, and representing both lenders and borrowers in reorganizations and workouts, including in connection with debtor-in-possession credit facilities.
Eric’s transactions span a number of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, sports, gaming, technology, and manufacturing.
Prior to law school, Eric was a tax senior associate in the Banking and Capital Markets Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he received his CPA license.
