Overview
Jacquelyn Cerasuolo is a partner in Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and a member of the Public and Institutional Banking & Finance Group. She has extensive experience in virtually all areas of municipal finance.
Jacquelyn represents issuers, underwriters, and banks in the development, negotiation, and documentation of financial products in the municipal capital markets. Her experience includes the representation of many of the largest financial institutions in connection with direct loans, letters of credit, liquidity facilities, tender option bond programs, interest rate swaps, total return swaps, and other derivative transactions with state and local governments, agencies and authorities, not-for-profit organizations, and other public counterparties.
