John Luchristt is a partner in Chapman’s Trusts and Estates Department who has been with Chapman since 2013. Prior to joining Chapman, John worked in the financial services industry as a banker and trust administrator. John’s practice focuses on the representation of individuals, families, and institutions in traditional and complex estate planning matters. His work with individuals includes planning to minimize estate, gift and generation skipping tax through the drafting of a variety of wills, trusts, business succession documentation and premarital agreements. John represents and advises fiduciaries regarding trust and estate construction, tax compliance and administration issues, as well as on the administration of probate matters.
