Katherine Gale is a partner in Chapman’s Banking and Financial Services and Public Finance Departments.

Katherine represents foreign and domestic credit providers in municipal, health care, higher education, and not-for-profit financings. Such transactions include bank facilities to provide credit enhancement and liquidity support to tax-exempt securities and the direct purchase of tax-exempt securities. She also represents commercial lenders in structuring secured and unsecured transactions, including asset-based financings, lines of credit, and revolving loan and term loan facilities.
