Overview

Matt Huebsch is a partner in Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and a member of the Public and Institutional Banking & Finance Group.

Matt has extensive experience representing foreign and domestic financial institutions that provide credit enhancement and liquidity support for tax-exempt financings for municipal, health care, higher education, and not-for-profit borrowers. His experience includes the representation of banks in direct purchases transactions involving tax-exempt securities. Matt has also represented commercial banks in structuring secured and unsecured transactions, involving revolving and term loan facilities. 

Matt participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2004, and joined the firm in 2005.
