Overview
Ronni Martin is an associate in Chapman's National Public Finance Department. Ronni's practice is focused on tax-exempt conduit financings for hospitals and health care systems, senior living facilities, higher education institutions, and various not-for-profit organizations. She serves as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and borrower's counsel in matters involving a variety of financing structures.
Ronni participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2016 and joined the firm in 2017. While in law school, she worked as a student clinician for the Loyola Business Law Clinic representing entrepreneurs, small business owners, and not-for-profit organizations. Ronni was also the National Moot Court Competition Regional Champion in 2016.
