Overview

Will Petraglia is a partner in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department and a member of the Commercial Lending Group.

Will represents financial institutions, investors, and issuers in securitization and structured finance transactions involving a variety of asset classes, including trade receivables, equipment leases, railcars, small business loans, auto and dealer loans, shipping containers, and aircraft.

Will also represents lead arrangers, administrative agents, and lenders in syndicated cash flow and ABL credit facilities to corporate borrowers and in sponsor acquisition financings spanning a variety of industries, including food and agribusiness, engineering and construction, health care, retail, insurance, childcare, and professional sports.

Additionally, Will has experience advising clients in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, and in netting and collateral enforceability matters with respect to derivatives and FX products.

Prior to joining Chapman in 2017, Will served as senior capital markets counsel for a major US bank. He has also practiced at an Am Law 100 firm.
