Overview
Amy Johnson is a partner and member of Chapman's Public and Institutional Banking & Finance Group and the Public Finance Group. She focuses her practice on public finance, with an emphasis on higher education, secondary education, charter schools, governmental entities, and health care financings. Amy regularly serves as counsel to underwriters, banks, issuers, and trustees, as well as disclosure counsel. Of note, Amy serves as Disclosure Counsel to the State of North Carolina, a position she has held since 2016.
Prior to joining Chapman, Amy practiced law with an Am Law 200 firm in Charlotte.
