Overview

Bart Pisella is a partner and member of Chapman's Corporate Finance and Asset Securitization Departments and Special Situations and Restructuring Group. Bart represents financial institutions in a wide variety of commercial financing, general corporate and securities, and fiduciary matters. He focuses his practice on representing and advising corporate trustees and corporate trust departments of domestic and international financial institutions in all aspects of corporate debt offerings, loan administration, collateral agency, escrow, and other specialty trustee and agency matters in domestic and cross-border debt capital market transactions, complex multi-tranche syndicated corporate debt and leveraged finance transactions, project and renewable energy finance transactions, general compliance and advisory matters, and defaulted debt restructurings, including workouts, default administration, DIP financings, and other bankruptcy and litigation-related matters in their capacity as indenture trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent and security trustee, depositary and account bank, securities intermediary, custodian, escrow agent, voting trustee, liquidating trustee, and other specialized trustee and agency roles. Bart also represents both domestic and international financial institutions in a wide array of commercial financing transactions.

Prior to joining Chapman, Bart was a partner at an Am Law 100 firm in New York.
