Overview

Colin Mummery is an associate and member of Chapman's National Public Finance Department. His practice is focused on public finance, project finance and public infrastructure/public-private partnerships (P3) transactions, as well as representing developers on energy-as-a-service project finance transactions.

Prior to joining Chapman, Colin practiced at Jones Day where he worked on commercial real estate matters involving the financing, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and management of real estate assets throughout the United States.
