Overview

Josh Wabnik is an associate and member of Chapman’s Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Group. He represents bank and nonbank financial institutions in structured transactions, sponsor financing transactions, and asset-based commercial lending. His work has involved a diverse range of financial matters encompassing project financings, debt financings, bond offerings, and syndicated financings.

Prior to joining Chapman, Josh practiced law at an AmLaw 100 firm in Maryland.
