Overview
Michaela Gines is an associate and member of Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. She focuses her practice on the representation of financial institutions and other participants in securitization and structured finance matters involving a variety of asset classes.
Michaela participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2023 and joined the firm in 2024.
Michaela is also a CPA, licensed in the State of California. Prior to law school, Michaela worked as a senior assurance associate at a Big 4 accounting firm in San Francisco.
