Overview

Natalie Gabrenya is an associate and member of Chapman's Corporate Finance Department. Her practice focuses on corporate finance matters including institutional domestic and cross-border private placements, credit tenant leases, synthetic leases, construction loans, and real estate debt transactions. She has worked across a number of industries, including REITs, specialty industrial services providers, private security companies, manufacturers of retail and commercial goods, telecommunications and web-hosting service providers, and construction and freight companies.

Natalie is a committed human rights advocate and performs pro bono work in support of immigration, guardian ad litem, prisoner rights, and innocence advocacy cases. 

Natalie joined Chapman after practicing law at Am Law 100 firms.
