Overview

Patrick Ryan is a senior counsel in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. Patrick advises domestic and international financial institutions in a broad range of secured and unsecured financings, including corporate debt offerings, loan administrations, financial restructurings, public-private partnerships, and bankruptcy matters. He focuses his practice on representing clients serving in their capacities as indenture trustees, administrative agents, collateral agents, securities intermediaries, escrow agents, and related trustee and agent roles in a variety of capital markets transactions, including debt issuances qualified under the Trust Indenture Act as well as Regulation S and Rule 144A private placements.

Prior to joining Chapman, Patrick practiced with an Am Law 50 firm in New York.
