Overview

Robbie Troiano is an associate and member of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. Robbie focuses his practice on structured financing transactions and securitizations including whole-business securitizations and asset-backed securitizations, real estate financings, acquisition financings, equipment financings, and other debt and equity financing matters. His experience spans a variety of asset classes, including automobile loans and leases, credit cards, consumer loans, and rental car fleets. He also has experience with general corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and all aspects of entity formation, operation, and governance.

Prior to joining Chapman, Robbie practiced law at a Washington, DC-based law firm.
