Overview

Sean Maloney is a partner and member of Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Practice Group. He represents lenders in structured financing, mortgage financing, lease financing, and construction financing transactions for manufacturing facilities, health care facilities, real property, and numerous other assets. He also represents agent banks in a variety of syndicated debt financings for real estate and construction matters.

In addition to financing transactions, Sean advises clients in workout and bankruptcy matters involving corporate, lease, and real estate financings.

Sean started his law career at Chapman and returned after practicing at a Chicago-based law firm.
