Shuqing Li is an associate in Chapman's Commercial Lending Group and a member of the Banking and Financial Services Department. She focuses her practice on the representation of banks, private lenders, and other financial institutions in acquisition financing, sponsor finance, leveraged finance, and fund finance.  

Prior to joining Chapman, Shuqing practiced law at a large firm in Ohio.
