Overview
Will Cope is an associate and member of Chapman's Corporate Finance Department. He focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border debt private placements and equipment finance and leasing transactions.
Prior to joining Chapman, Will practiced law at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP where he worked on structured transactions and securitizations involving a wide range of financial assets.
