In its February/March 2015 edition, Pratt's Journal of Bankruptcy Law published an article based off of a Chapman Client Alert. The article explains a recent US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit decision holding that a lender's lien is invalid against the bankruptcy trustee for the borrower's other creditors.
