Chapman served as C-PACE counsel to North Bridge ESG LLC, a financing provider to institutional borrowers and sponsors for real estate projects throughout the United States, in a strategic partnership agreement with The Carlyle Group to provide up to $1 billion to facilitate the origination of commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) loans by North Bridge. Chapman partner David Sykes led the transaction team that included Paul Carman, Alex Pollard, Robert Troiano, and Rachel Waddey.
